Nunziati who was dismissed after asking whether Israel should pay to rebuild Gaza, just as the EU insists Russia must rebuild Ukraine.

The Commission avoided addressing either the dismissal or the question, merely reaffirming its “commitment to press freedom.”

Nunziati’s outlet, Agenzia Nova, had called his question “out of place,” exposing Europe’s double standards on accountability and Gaza’s devastation.
