      According to a new report by Oil Change International, 25 countries have supplied Israel with oil since the start of the genocide in the Gaza Strip. The organisation describes the fossil-fuel system as fueling “genocide.”

      Presented on the sidelines of the COP30 summit in Brazil, the report notes that Azerbaijan and Kazakhstan accounted for 70% of crude oil shipments to Israel between November 2023 and October 2025.

      Meanwhile, Russia, Greece, and the United States lead in exports of refined petroleum products. The US is the sole supplier of JP-8, a fuel used in military aircraft, which has been used to strike Palestinians, killing thousands of innocent civilians.
