The Hind Rajab Foundation has filed a complaint with Dutch prosecutors seeking legal proceedings against Israeli soldier Shmuel Assouline, who is currently in Amsterdam, over his involvement in the destruction of civilian infrastructure during Israel’s genocide in the Gaza Strip.

According to the foundation, Assouline served in the 97th Netzah Yehuda Battalion and documented his presence in Gaza on social media, including footage showing his unit inside Gaza’s Palace of Justice and videos of building demolitions.
