Download Tinos Fonts <=Apache 2.0 Licence and install them (e.g. add them to ~/.fonts)

Then follow the guide.

Note: I did it manually. Script didn't worked.

Then at the top of every file add:

.fam Tinos

And compile with:

$pdfroff -ms -Kutf8 groff_test > groff.pdf
