Υλικά

• 2 κ.σ. λιναρόσπορος

• 240 g νερό (360 g αν θες πιο απαλό κράτημα)

• 4 κ.σ. gel αλόης βέρας

• ½ κ.γ. θαλασσινό αλάτι, προαιρετικά (σύγκρινε με παρτίδα χωρίς)

• 5 σταγόνες αιθέριο έλαιο δεντρολίβανου ή λεβάντας, προαιρετικά

⚠️ Καμία καρύδα/λάδι μέσα στο gel. Δεν δένει με το νερό χωρίς γαλακτωματοποιητή και χαλάει το κράτημα. Το λάδι πάει μόνο στα χέρια για το σπάσιμο της κρούστας.

Εκτέλεση

1. Λιναρόσπορος + νερό σε κατσαρολάκι, μέτρια φωτιά. Αν βάζεις αλάτι, διάλυσέ το τώρα.

2. Ανακάλευε συνέχεια. Σε 5–8 λεπτά πηχταίνει και κάνει κλωστή όταν σηκώνεις το κουτάλι. Κατέβασέ το τότε — αν περάσει πήζει και δεν σουρώνει.

3. Σούρωσε αμέσως, ζεστό, μέσα από καλτσάκι ή ψιλό τούλι πάνω από μπολ. Στύψε για να βγει όλη η γέλη. Οι σπόροι πετιούνται.

4. Άφησε να χλιαρέψει. Πρόσθεσε αλόη + αιθέριο έλαιο, ανακάλευε καλά.

5. Γυάλινο βάζο στο ψυγείο → 1–2 εβδομάδες. Διπλή δόση; πάγωσε τη μισή σε παγοθήκη.

Εφαρμογή

1. Λούσιμο με sulfate-free σαμπουάν. Conditioner για ξέμπλεγμα βρεγμένο, ξέβγαλμα.

2. Leave-in σε όλο το μήκος. Μούσκεμα μαλλιά — όχι στυμμένα, αν στάζουν είναι σωστά.

3. Χώρισε σε 4 τμήματα.

4. Γεμάτη χούφτα gel σε κάθε τμήμα, από τη ρίζα προς τις άκρες, παλάμες ανοιχτές που γλιστρούν πάνω στα μαλλιά.

5. Scrunch από κάτω προς τα πάνω με T-shirt ή μικροΐνες (όχι πετσέτα).

6. Στέγνωμα στον αέρα ή diffuser χαμηλή θερμοκρασία. Χέρια μακριά μέχρι να στεγρώσουν τελείως — θα σχηματιστεί σκληρή κρούστα, αυτό είναι το ζητούμενο.

7. Όταν στεγρώσουν, 2–3 σταγόνες ελαιόλαδο/jojoba στις παλάμες και σπάσε την κρούστα με scrunch. Όχι χτένα.

Επόμενη μέρα

Ψέκασμα ελαφρύ με νερό + scrunch. Αν χρειάζεται, λίγο gel μόνο στα πλάγια που πετάγονται.

Ρυθμίσεις ανάλογα με το αποτέλεσμα

• Φρίζα μέχρι το μεσημέρι: Λιγότερο νερό ή περισσότερο gel ανά τμήμα

• Σκληρό και ξηρό μετά το σπάσιμο: Κόψε το αλάτι, ανέβασε την αλόη σε 5 κ.σ.

• Βαριές, κρεμασμένες μπούκλες: Λιγότερη αλόη, περισσότερο νερό

Σημαντικά

• Με 480 g νερό σε 2 κ.σ. λιναρόσπορο → αραιό gel, μέτριο κράτημα. Για 3B–3C μείνε στα 240 g, το πολύ 360 g.

• Η αλόη από πάνω αραιώνει κι άλλο — αν τη βάλεις, κόψε αντίστοιχα νερό.

1) Create /lib/udev/rules.d/55-libsane.rules and /lib/udev/rules.d/40-libsane.rules, each containing:
