If you happen to use #raynair and you either use an alternative operating system like #lineageos #grapheneos etc or you don't use a smartpone at all , know that they are obligated to hand you a printed boarding pass (after you do an online checkin) in their airport booth.

Have in mind, because they are a tracherus company, although they clearly state in their website that they will give you a printed boarding pass for free, they often try to charge you extra. This happened today to me and my family but they quicly forced to give us our boarding passes for free when we refused to pay.

Even if you have an android/IOS phone but you value your freedom or you just want to irritate Ryanair, it helps a lot to ask for a printed boarding pass. You can resist them forcing you install their app - just say that your phone is out of battery.

If you can, though, avoid using Ryanair in the first place...
